Return & Refund Policy

At meramandi.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds will be accepted.
Return
We do not accept returns except for the case of damaged goods. We request all our members to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery. If there is any physical/visible damage, you may return the damaged product to the delivery agent. We will issue a refund for the amount paid for the damaged product without any deduction.
Refund Timelines
All refunds are issued within 5 business days from order cancellation date / issue closure date by Meramandi. Your bank may take another 7 to 10 days to process the refund and credit back the refund amount to your account.
Cancellation Charges
Modification/Change of order is not possible. You may cancel the order and place a new order in that case.
We may charge a cancellation fee for the orders cancelled by customer to recover the platform charges and payment gateway charges as explained in the policy in subsequent paragraphs. For orders cancelled by Meramandi the full amount will be refunded to the customer without any deduction.
New/Unconfirmed Order
If the order is not confirmed, then you may cancel the order yourself by logging into your account via Meramandi app or website. We will refund the amount paid by you (after deduction of 3.5% of paid amount as processing/platform fee) to your original payment method.
Confirmed/In-Process Order
If the order is confirmed, then it can be cancelled only by Meramandi support team. Support team can cancel the order only if the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped. If the order is out for delivery and you want to cancel, you may refuse to take the delivery when the delivery is attempted.
A cancellation charge of INR 30 or 4 % of paid amount (Whichever is higher) is applicable on all cancellation request received before order is shipped.
A cancellation charge of INR 50 or 5% of the paid amount (Whichever is higher) is applicable for orders that are out for delivery.
Refund of Damaged Deliveries:
We take utmost care to pack and transport to deliver the items in fresh/good condition. We request all our customers to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery. If there is any physical/visible damage, you may return the damaged product to the delivery agent, we will issue a refund for the amount paid towards the damaged product without any deduction.
Return Process:
In case we accept a return request in exceptional case, The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If during return pick it's found that product has been tampered with or damaged due to misuse, then return pickup will be refused.
We may levy charges for return pickup as deemed fit and mutually agreed by customer.

Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
Modes of Refund:
For cash payments: Refunds can be issued as store credit/cash/customer mobile linked UPI account or via bank transfer to your provided bank account details.
For online payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
