Shipping Policy

Shipping time frame is 1-2 days.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, milk, and other perishable items are normally delivered on the same day or by the end of the next day. In case of a strike, roadblock, government-mandated lockdown, or other unforeseen circumstances, the delivery schedule may differ.
Packaged and branded groceries, as well as non-perishable items, are normally delivered within 1-3 days. Orders are shipped and delivered on all days of the week. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Deliverable Areas
We cannot deliver to all addresses due to logistical issues. After receiving the order, our delivery team verifies the order, and if the area is not serviceable, the order will be cancelled, and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Address Change
Any changes to the recipient’s address will be entertained free of cost if requested at least one day before the shipment. Changes requested after that will not be made, and the order will not be cancelled.

There are no delivery charges for order values of INR 299 and above.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking details. The tracking details will also be available on our website.
Rules for Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address mentioned in the order. Our delivery team is not responsible for verifying the recipient's presence at the address. The order shall be considered delivered even if it is accepted by any person available at the address or handed over at the gate, reception, or neighbour based on customer confirmation. If the recipient does not accept the delivery or the premises are locked, the order will be cancelled, and cancellation charges will be applicable.
Partial Delivery
In case we are not able to fulfil the complete order, i.e., some products or quantities are not available for delivery, Mera Mandi will contact the customer by phone and confirm before dispatching the order. If the customer does not wish to receive a partial order, we will cancel the order, and the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the customer agrees to partial delivery, we may fulfil the order in multiple deliveries or refund the amount charged for undelivered items, as preferred by the customer.
Damaged Deliveries
We take utmost care to pack and transport items to deliver them in fresh and good condition. We request all our customers to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery. If there are any physical or visible damages, you may return the damaged product to the delivery agent.
As per policy, we will not entertain any complaints for damaged products after the delivery is accepted by the customer. However, you may always reach out and notify our support team of any product or delivery issues. The problem report must be supported with substantial proof of the damage to the product.
